A work, the web and the winners

Finally I've some time to post (at 1.30 am!), actually we are working all the day long (and more) for the Bilbolbul festival, it's really soon! I'd like to show you the works I've done in the last period, for examples this illustration for a book cover. This was a work I've done some month ago, in the end of the project, the editor opted for a picture for some art direction reasons, but I'm still very satisfied of the result and the hand writing work. The book talks about a young girl, about her first love, how she got pregnant and her decision... the title "Se" means "if".

Id like to share with you some links too, on those days some website talked about my work.

1. Nicoz posted a drawing I made to her some months ago, have you ever seen her beautiful blogs? I hope so! I'm really fan of her work and lifestyle.
2. FrizziFrizzi published a funny interview they made me.
3. the lovely guys from Due Mani Non Bastano posted a picture of my calendar and my moster pillow in them studio.

Finalmente ho un po' di tempo per postare (all'una e mezza di notte!), attualmente stiamo lavorando tutto il giorno (e più) per il festival Bilbolbul, è prestissimo! Mi piacerebbe iniziare mostrare i lavori che ho fatto in questi ultimi sei mesi, per esempio questa illustrazione per una copertina. Si tratta di un lavoro fatto mesi fa, alla fine del progetto l'editore ha optato per una foto, per questioni di art direction, ma sono ancora molto soddisfatta del risultato e del lavoro di scrittura a mano. Il libro parla di una giovane liceale, del suo primo amore, di come rimane incinta e della sua decisione...

Ciliegina sulla torta, mi piacerebbe condividere questi link, in questi giorni alcuni siti hanno parlato del mio lavoro in modi diversi, mi ha fatto un grande piacere.

1. Nicoz ha postato un disegno che le ho fatto quasi un anno fa, avete mai visto i suoi bei blog? Dovreste! Sono una sua super fan, del suo lavoro e del suo stile.
2. FrizziFrizzi ha pubblicato l'intervista divertente che mi ha fatto Simone Sbarbati.
3. I carissimi Due Mani Non Bastano hanno postato una foto del mio calendario e del mostrino cuscino nel loro studio, sono commossa :'-)
